I'm a software engineer, systems analyst and solution architect with 10+ years of experience turning government and business requirements into reliable software.

Most of my career has gone into public financial management systems for Nepal's government: budgeting, accounting and treasury platforms used by all 753 local governments and 77 districts. I work across the whole lifecycle, from requirements and system design to integration, delivery and support.
